Superior Lubrication

High-grade mineral base oils ensure smooth machining, reduce tool-workpiece friction, and minimize costly tool wear.

Mineral Base 60 - 80%

Excellent Heat Dissipation

Rapidly removes heat from the cutting zone, prevents workpiece thermal distortion, and preserves tool edge hardness.

Flash Point ≥ 160°C COC

Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Protection

Specialized corrosion inhibitors provide exceptional zero-rust protection (0/0-0) across Aluminum, Cast Iron, and Steels.

Cast Iron Test: 0/0-0

No Monday Morning Odour

Advanced bio-stable formulation prevents bacterial degradation and fungal growth, eliminating bad sump smells and extending sump life.

2. Hazard Identification

  • Not classified as hazardous under GHS regulations.
  • May cause mild eye and skin irritation with prolonged direct contact.
  • Mist or vapour may cause slight irritation to respiratory tract.

4. First Aid Measures

  • Eye Contact: Flush immediately with plenty of clean water for at least 15 min. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
  • Skin Contact: Wash with soap & water. Remove contaminated clothing.
  • Inhalation: Move to fresh air. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
  • Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water and seek medical advice.

5. Fire Fighting & Accidental Release

  • Extinguishing Media: Foam, Dry Chemical, CO2, Water Spray.
  • Spill Response: Contain & absorb spill with sand, earth, or inert absorbent. Prevent entering waterways.
  • Decomposition: May release smoke and carbon oxides on burning.

8. Exposure Controls & Personal Protection

  • Engineering: Ensure adequate ventilation / mist extraction.
  • Eye Protection: Safety goggles recommended when handling concentrate.
  • Skin Protection: Protective nitrile or chemical-resistant gloves.
  • Eco Info: Emulsion is biodegradable; avoid direct discharge into surface water.

Directions for Usage

  • 1
    Concentration Ratios:

Recommended concentration for medium machining is 4% to 6% (1:25 to 1:16 ratio); for heavy-duty machining it is 7% to 11% (1:14 to 1:9 ratio). For grinding operations maintain 4% to 5% (or 3-5% for fine finishing).

  • 2
Always Oil Into Water (Never Water into Oil):

Always add the cutting oil concentrate slowly into water with continuous agitation/stirring to form an optimal milky white micro-emulsion.

  • 3
    Sump Cleanliness:

Thoroughly drain and clean the machine sump and coolant delivery lines before charging with fresh emulsion to eliminate anaerobic bacteria.

  • 4
    Refractometer Monitoring:

Maintain the daily refractometer reading between 4% to 5% to preserve peak corrosion protection and anti-weld performance.

Handling, Packing & Storage Guidelines

  • A
    Available Packaging:

Supplied in 210 Litres heavy-duty steel barrels, 35 Litres Jerry cans, and 20 Litres Pales.

  • B
    Storage Temperature:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Maximum temperature of the storage area should never exceed 70°C.

  • C
    Shelf & Sump Life:

Extended shelf life when kept sealed in original containers. Keep barrels securely closed when not in use to avoid moisture contamination.

  • D
    Handling Precautions:

Avoid spillage when decanting. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
